2. Services

AVL provides professional cleaning and removal services, including but not limited to house cleaning, house removals, house clearances, and deep cleaning, primarily in London, UK. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.
• Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time of service.
• Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements prior to the service.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing provided at the time of booking. We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card]. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the service. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Liability

AVL is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are insured for public liability, but we recommend you secure your own insurance for high-value or sentimental items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AVL Cleaning and Removals (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
